Career Services

With decent A level qualifications, the student is eligible to apply to universities not just in the UK, but many leading universities in the world. The popular destinations include, the USA, Britain, Canada, Australia, Hongkong and Singapore. The career services center provides guidance and advice based on each pupil’s interests, personal preferences, experience and academic ability to enable each one to find a university that best suits his or her needs.

We have collected up to date university prospectuses from major universities worldwide. Students can spend their spare time coming to the office, searching for information about career qualifications and opportunities, degree courses, sponsorship, bursaries and talk to our experienced staff. Each of our career advisors will concentrate on certain regions and can offer specialized guidance and advice on the entry requirements and processes involved in applying to the universities in any specific country.

Summer camps to the most exciting UK and US universities are also frequently organized during the summer holidays. During these trips, pupils will live in the university campus, talk to admission staff and meet the current students. Such close contact will stimulate students to establish a higher personal goal and work harder to achieve their maximum academic potential.

Before pupils actually start the application process, professional trainings on university applications are provided. There are regular talks regarding the comparison of education systems, future career/degree course choices, the UCAS system, the US/Canadian/Australian university application procedure etc. International staff from leading universities are also invited to our school to give presentations. We also have close contact with consulate generals in Shanghai, and keep a close eye on the variation of visa policies and provide accurate and up-to-date visa application information.
